Nucleus has an independent Placement Cell devoted to cater to the needs of the organization in conducting campus interviews for placements. The Placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies' officials.

Our Placement Cell provides all audio visual facilities for PowerPoint Presentations, written test, group discussion and interviews. It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students of the College for their successful career placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into the suitable employment. This Cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students.

The Placement In charge & Nucleus team strive for imparting maximum assistance to all the students. A special communication, Interview & soft skill development workshop is arranged for the students that facilitates the students to perform their best at interviews.

Placement Process

• Many companies are invited by the Placement Cell, as well as many approach on their own.
• The details of the students opting for placement are sent to the responding companies, as per their requirement.
• A Campus Interview is arranged for all the companies after confirmation by the company.
• The companies conducts test and/or group discussion to short list the interested students.
• The short listed students are then interviewed for final selection by the company.
